Two thoughts immediately popped to mind...
The first was, Oh wow what a great opportunity to stock up on some pretty new panties, a sissy can't have too many panties you know!
The second was; Hmmmm panties 50% off, that sounds so nice. Kind of like this...
I'm pretty sure i like the second thought better but...well....I really would like some new panties
